Seok Ling has more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry, and has worked in large corporations such as Accenture and Monetary Authority of Singapore. Majority of her career was spent co-leading Dreamcloud, an award winning low-code solutions provider for enterprises across various industries. Dreamcloud was acquired by Temus in 2022. Her experience includes:

  • Playing a key leadership role in project delivery for complex digital transformation projects, including:

- Consumer web and mobile app for digital telco giga! which is a new StarHub brand
- Agile large-scale digital factory line for global pharmaceutical company delivering close to 100 apps within 12 months
- End-to-end custom Procure-to-Pay system for government agency
- Crew engagement app for leading low-cost airline
- Enterprise low-code platform adoption for educational institution

Seok Ling graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) from the Nanyang Technological University.  She also had a stint as a successful F&B entrepreneur before returning to the IT industry.
