CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Lai Yee joined Temus as Chief Executive Officer in July 2024, leading the firm into its next chapter following three years of remarkable growth and unlocking economic and societal value for enterprises and public sector organizations as the digital champion for Singapore and beyond.
Prior to Temus, Lai Yee was the Singapore Managing Partner & Country Leader at IBM Consulting, where she oversaw sales and delivery for local and multinational clients in Business Transformation Services, Hybrid Cloud Services, and IBM Garage. She successfully grew the practice through targeted account strategies and differentiated offerings embedded with cloud, data, and AI technologies.
With over 25 years of business and technology consulting experience, Lai Yee has a deep understanding of digital transformation. Her expertise includes large-scale delivery program management, business transformation, and change management. She has worked across various industries, including FMCG, logistics, financial services, healthcare, and extensively with government and public sector agencies in Singapore and overseas.
Lai Yee has held significant positions in global consulting firms. At Deloitte Consulting, she was a Partner and served as the Asia Pacific Lead Client Service Partner for a major athleisure brand and as the Civil Government Sector Lead for Southeast Asia. Prior to Deloitte, she had a fruitful tenure at Accenture, where she was the Health & Public Services (H&PS) Sales Leader and Managing Director for H&PS. In these roles, she focused on expanding the Human Services portfolio, supporting clients with business transformation projects, and managing large change initiatives across organizations.
Lai Yee is passionate about giving back to Singapore, particularly in strengthening institutes of higher learning, building human capital, and growing impact for volunteering and philanthropy. She serves on the Advisory Committee for the School of Computing at Singapore Polytechnic and is part of the ICT Sectorial Workgroup chaired by IMDA and SG Tech. She is also a member of the TechSkills Accelerator program for ITE and Polytechnics Alliance (TIP Alliance). Previously, she served as a Board Director for the National Kidney Foundation and was a HR Committee Member for Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital. In 2018, she was an independent consultant to the Singapore Shipping Association Council, helping with their strategic planning exercise.
