Daniel has almost 20 years of experience in delivering technology solutions. He started his career in the public service, and thereafter led Dreamcloud to become a pioneer and award-winning specialist in delivering innovative enterprise low-code solutions to customers in various business domains. Dreamcloud was acquired by Temus in 2022.

Daniel has played leadership roles in the implementation of low-code and other solutions in both public and private sector agencies, including SAP-based end-to-end procurement systems and enterprise low-code platform adoption for government agencies, inventory and sales management systems for a leading jewellery retail chain, and an employee self-service mobile app for a leading insurance provider. He has managed large accounts and executed land and expand strategy for customers in various industries, as well as co-built a high quality low-code practice consisting of local and offshore multi-disciplinary resources capable of delivering enterprise grade low code solutions.

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Computing (Honours) from the National University of Singapore and was part of the NUS University Scholars Programme. He also sits on the board of the Singapore Mediation Centre, a not-for-profit organisation supported by the Singapore Judiciary and the Singapore Academy of Law.
