COLLIN ANG

MANAGING DIRECTOR - PUBLIC SECTOR

Collin Ang was most recently Managing Director at Decision Science Agency Pte. Ltd. Before establishing this company, Collin served as the Global Programme Director for Standard Chartered, overseeing digital banking, including internet and mobile banking. In this role, he managed various aspects of digital programs, such as customer acquisition, analytics, channel management, operations, and security.

Collin recognized a market gap, particularly in straight-through processing and data-driven approaches in financial services. This recognition led to the establishment of Decision Science Agency to address these gaps within the financial services industry.

While the company initially focused on the financial services sector, Collin's leadership expanded its services to other industries, including telecommunications, travel, and hospitality, education, and Digital Government.

Under Collin's leadership, Decision Science Agency received recognition for its growth, being featured as one of Singapore's fastest-growing companies by notable publications such as The Straits Times and the Financial Times. Collin was also honoured as the overall winner of the Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2019.

Collin is actively involved in non-profit and community organizations. He serves as a board member of the Entrepreneur's Organization (Singapore Chapter) and is engaged with organizations like the Goh Loo Club Limited, the NUS Mind Science Centre as an advisory board member, and the Singapore Red Cross as a fund-raising committee member.

Post the acquisition of Decision Science Agency by Temus in October 2023, Collin has been appointed a Managing Director in the Technology Modernisation Centre of Excellence at Temus.
