This past quarter has been exciting time at Temus, where we welcomed more than 20 interns over 7 different teams; AI and Data, Human Centred Design, Sales, Strategy, People, IT, Project Management and the Go To Market teams.
To celebrate their hard work and achievements, we organized an interns sharing session named “Let Them Cook: Intern Edition”, in conjunction with International Interns Day. There, interns from the AI and Data, Human Centred Design, Strategy, People, IT and Marketing teams shared more about their experiences working at Temus. It was a great day of learning as the interns were able to learn more about the other teams outside of their own. Not only that, but there were also plenty of full-timers who came down to give our interns their support, as they too learnt more about the value of interns to the Temus culture.

Here at Temus, we aim to provide our interns with real life working experience, where they can gain a deeper understanding of digital transformation from the various projects that they are involved in. These experiences are not just about completing tasks; they are about learning, growing, and understanding the nuances of the tech industry. Our interns are given real responsibilities and opportunities to work alongside seasoned professionals, ensuring they gain a comprehensive understanding of their field.
Megan Seng, Year 3 NTU Media Art (Game Design), UI/UX Intern
“Working with Temus far exceeded my expectations in terms of what I would be exposed to. I appreciate being given the opportunities to grow and learn from different teams and engage with external clients to deliver both design and strategic deliverables in a professional capacity. At the same time, I have greatly benefitted from the warmth and kindness of all those I have worked with, and I am inspired to become someone who can do the same for others in the future.”
Lorenzo Diomampo Rubio, Year 3 NUS Business, Strategy Intern
“In a word my internship at Temus was ‘fulfilling’. “¯Even at a junior level I was given the opportunity to operate with a large amount of autonomy to make my own mistakes and engage with the client by myself. This combined with the cross functional team I was able to work with elevated my consulting skill sets.”
Tiew Jia Liang, Year 1 NUS Computer Science, Cybersecurity Intern
“During my 3-month internship with Temus Cybersecurity team, I gained invaluable insights and experiences. One of the most eye-opening aspects was understanding how cybersecurity is integrated within a corporate environment, an experience that school alone couldn’t provide. I also acquired numerous technical skills and was actively involved in intrusion detection and prevention efforts. This hands-on experience allowed me to contribute to enhancing the company’s overall security posture, significantly expanding my knowledge and expertise in the field.”
We are immensely proud of our interns and their achievements. Their dedication, enthusiasm, and fresh perspectives are invaluable to Temus. As we continue to foster a culture of mentorship and support, we look forward to seeing our interns evolve into future leaders of the industry.
To all our interns, thank you for your hard work and commitment. Your journey at Temus is just the beginning, and we are excited to see where your talents will take you next. Keep pushing boundaries, stay curious, and continue to strive for excellence.
