At Temus, our journey towards pioneering next-generation digital transformation solutions for our clients, continues to accelerate. In particular we have been making notable strides in our client impact and industry ecosystem development in the public sector, especially in Defence & Homeland Security. Here’s an update on our recent milestones and what’s on the horizon.

Landmark client win in Defence

Temus is thrilled to announce that it has secured a transformative long term engagement with Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) in partnership with Defence Science Technology Agency (DSTA), starting with our first project kicking off in April as we chart out their future. This landmark achievement, during the year of the rabbit, catalyses a leap and bound for our Defence footprint beyond the other initiatives we already have in progress.

One key to our success here is the “Temus Way” – co-creating the vision with our clients, collaborating with the ecosystem in execution, helping to build self-sustaining capabilities and connecting consulting with implementation.

This achievement marks a pivotal milestone for our team, proving our expertise and commitment to delivering meaningful solutions, and cultivating a partnership aimed at supporting national ambitions to thrive in this digital age.

Defence industry partnership and innovation

To further foster our connection with the Defence industry, we actively participate in key industry events, such as the recent Republic of Singapore Airforce (RSAF) Industry Day, where we showcased our capabilities from AI x Data through to IOT and phy-gital solution engineering. These events provide our team with valuable insights into the evolving needs of the Defence sector and offer a platform to showcase our innovative solutions. We look forward to more of such opportunities to engage directly with industry leaders to enhance our understanding and align our strategies to better serve the sector’s needs.

Pathfinders of agile transformation in Defence

Looking ahead, we are excited to announce our plans for an upcoming “Agility in Defence Week”. This event will be a cornerstone for future engagements, featuring an intimate customer forum focused on critical topics such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices and Planview Value Management principles, among other ecosystem leaders and innovators.

This means we want to equip our stakeholders with the knowledge necessary to implement agile practices at scale, enhancing their ability to manage large, complex projects, and also understand the tools they can use for effective resource management, portfolio optimization, and aligning projects to overarching business goals. This initiative is designed not just to share knowledge but to engage deeply with our customers, understanding their unique challenges and co-creating solutions that drive substantial value.

Advancing the line with mission-ready capabilities

As we continue to expand our impact and reach, these strategic pillars will guide our efforts. With your continued partnership, we have been able to showcase resilience and nimbleness akin to the rabbit’s agility; and building on our Finance Transformation, Business Agility x Innovation practices within our broader Digital x Process Transformation capabilities.
